This is great low recoil ammo!! The Flitecontrol wad keeps the pattern super tight. Used this round at Pin Shoot with excellent results. Very manageable recoil for quick recovery between shots. If 1300 fps 00 buck bothers you, give this a try. Fed with no problems in my 870.

Fantastic ammo. Light shooting, great pattern out of my 590, even at distance. At 60 or so feet I was getting all 8 pellets on a 10inch steel plate. I feel confident having this ammo in my home defense guns. I would feel confident taking this ammo into a fight, God forbid.

Federal really hit a " Home Run " with the Flitecontrol wad ! With my cylinder bore 870, this shell patterns the size of your hand, fingers spread all the way to 15 yards, even at 25 yards it easily stays center of the torso of a B-27 target !
