Shoots dime to nickel size groups at 50 yds through my Ruger Charger Takedown (10/22, 10-inch barrel) with a 2-7x scope at 7x. All touching. I was so amazed I couldn't stop laughing. Up to this point none of my .22LR pistols or rifles have shot sub-moa. I know ammo choice makes a difference and this is the ammo for my Ruger Charger Takedown. Will be trying it in all the rest of my .22LR firearms to see if any of them love it too.
I understand the frustration of .22lr ammo not working with every semi-auto. This review is going to be firearm specific. I shoot this in my Walther PPQ .22lr with a Silencerco Osprey Micro. With this combination, I have found that the ammo works very well. That said, the Walther PPQ .22lr is the best .22lr semi-auto I have owned as far as ammo compatibility. I have gone through 1,000 rounds (reordering prompted me to do the review) and only had a couple misfeeds towards the end of the day as the gun got pretty dirty. I will run some through a couple other .22s when I get this batch and I will update the review.
Works just fine. I shoot with an AR-15 with a CMMG 22 LR adapter. It cycles fine in that. Does NOT cycle a 22LR pistol. That's why they caution you not to use it in a semi-auto. But there are exceptions. Shoots somewhat dirty, but I kind of expected that. I don't really do more than about 1 or two 50 round boxes per session, and things clean up just fine. Seems to be pretty accurate, with no malfunctions.
