I love this stuff. Came in the mail 8 days after I ordered it right on the dot. The bullets are clean, the boxs look fresh out of the factory, and the box of the 1000 rounds came lovingly packed in a second box with plenty of styrofoam buffer around it so nothing not even those little plastic holders that tulammo puts the bullets in inside the boxes was broken. Beautiful copper washed steel bullets have a kind of quality to them that pleases the eye. Thanks Sam for another wonderful order and a smoking bargain at that! 179 bucks after shipping costs was unbeatable. The ammo just fits better in mags than some other kinds of steel ammo too, with some RAS .223 Vympel I was getting failures to feed because the bottom of the bolt carrier group would scratch a nice divet into the next round and get stuck, but with this Tulammo it feeds perfectly and the rounds chamber and eject the same as some of the Federal American Eagle 5.56 i've got which makes for great drill ammo since i can load my mags all the way. Can't beat the price or the quality.
Price is great and the shipping is even better, had my order in 3 days! I use this ammo in my cheap AR's (Ruger, Smith & Wesson, DPMS and my windham's) and have had very little problems. Accuracy is about 3 moa which is plenty good for plinking or running drills. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you very much sgammo for great prices and awesome service. 2 thumbs way up!
I've shot thousands of these through my ar, never one failure. Definitely worth the money. Great for plinking without breaking the bank. Thanks sgammo!
Never had a single problem out of this Tula it has always fired and ejected great, I get good accuracy out it and is pretty clean shooting. I look forward to buying a couple more cases from you soon and have recommend you to my buddies at the range, I have been telling them that this is the only place they should go to get their ammo online. Always send the right stuff and is always neatly packaged with plenty of padding and protection.
Ive shot tulammo for many years. Its clean, accurate and dependable. I think its the best Russian 223 there is. Just ordered another case. Thanks SGA!
Sure fire, clean, accurate. Tula is the best Russian 223 as far as Im concerned. Used it for years. Just ordered another case. SGA has the good stuff at very best price.
Good ammo for plinking. I have gone through 1000 rounds with no problems at all. It feeds well and extracts beautifully. I will be using it from now on for all my recreational plinking,, great price.
I have shot the tulammo for almost four years now. I shoot two different ar's. one is an eight year old M&P -15 and the other is a one year old M4 colt law enforcement model with Nagpur furniture. The M&P-15 is a little loser than the M4 colt. I shoot the tulammo in both rifles with no problems with at least 5000 rounds. The trick to shooting the tulammo is to take the bullets out of the box still in the plastic housing and give them a quick spray on both sides with silicone spray. Your problems with ejection and hanging up in the barrel will go away.
Outside of an occasional dud I've never had any problems with Tul or wolf ammo especially for plinking. I've used both in my SKS for over 25 yrs, over 25,000 rds. New AR and I already have 3000 rds through it no issues. SGammo is the best right now. They are keeping the prices reasonable even with shipping costs. Other websites that over free shipping are still higher then SGammo. Thank you
If I had to guess the people who report problems with this ammo are not shooting this ammo. They are most likely shooting the lacquerd case stuff. My ar, my son's ar and my buddy's ar will not run the lacquerd cases. They are too sticky once the rifle gets hot. Ive ran 1000 rounds(500 in a day) of this through my gun with no issues. Its a little dirty but all you have to do is clean your rifle which I always do after im done shooting. I highly recomend SG. They always have good prices and ship quick
