This is great stuff. As I use 147gn defensive ammo (Gold Dot or HST), this makes the perfect practice ammo.

This is excellent ammo. I fed over 1500 rounds through a Ruger SR9c with not a single problem. The Flat-nose and muzzle velocity of 1000 fps and the 325 ft-lbs Energy stike make it perfect for the range and combat situations alike. I would use no other.

Federal American eagle is probably my favorite 9mm fmj target ammo, regardless of bullet weight. The 147gr performed flawlessly out of my m&p 9fs and had noticeably less recoil than the 115 and 124gr's. No feeding problems with the flat nose at all. I like to keep this as a back up to my JHP's for SHTF as the larger flat nose bullet will have more stopping power than the smaller round nose 115gr. Highly reccomened!
