I have this same exact ammo from when PPU was Hansen Cartridge company. Shoots very well even if its 40 years old. I get 1-1.5" groups at 100 meters with Finnish Mosin nagants that are not D chambered. Its perfect for them since you shouldnt use .311 ball down them I HIGHLY recommend them to those with Finnish Mosins without D chambering or ones with it too still works well in Finn M39 and Westinghouse M91

Shoots grrat out of my 91/30 even though its bore is really ugly. 2" groups no problem @ 100m with issue iron sights. The brass is decent to load or you can sell it to guys like me if you don't reload!
