100 Round Can - Linked 7.62x51mm 149 Grain Ball Lake City Ammo On M13 Links - Packed In Mini Canister

Please note: These ammo cans are made from a soft, mild steel sheet metal. This type of metal is easy to bend and form by design, therefor these ammo cans commonly get small dents and dings from the package handling in transit that do not affect the functionality of the canister as a storage container. Minor dents and dings are easy to straighten and repair using a wood block and hammer to form the metal back into shape. We make a reasonable effort to package these cans to arrive in good shape, but we do not warranty the cans to be in perfect cosmetic condition after delivery, and we do not exchange or replace cans due to superficial damage issues such as dents, dings, chipped paint, creasing of the metal that occur in transit.

Notice, this is factory Lake City ammo that came to us direct from Winchester (who manages Lake City), in 7500 round drums as shown in some of the pictures. We link this ammo here in house at SGAmmo. On this lot of Lake City M80 ammo,  as we linked this we noticed a few things we what to declare...

1- The factory polished the cartridge cases before loading, removing the annealing mark, and making the ammo look very clean. This is not normal in my experience, but the ammo looks better than normal.

2 - The ammo has headstamps of 2022 and 2023 that were observed, most likely the lot is just of these 2 date stamps but there are chances that there may be 21 or 24 dated cartridges

3 - The factory used bi-metal, magnetic jacketed projectiles

4 - Observed primers were crimped and sealed with a ring of black lacquer, but there is a chance at unsealed primers. The case mouths were not sealed with black lucas.

5 - The projectiles and case do not appear to be crimped at the case mouth.
