Good training ammo but it feels like shooting one ounce birdshot compared to federal 9 pellet 00buck, it's also half the price of federal though. Train with this and use something else for protection.

Great price and even better service. Ordered on Sunday and shipped on Monday. Double boxed. Will definitely order from SG again.

Got my case today and shot a couple boxes at the range, don't have a chronograph but shooting it mixed with federal 00 9pellet you can sure tell it's loaded pretty anemic. In my 590a1 I loaded 4 S&B and 4 federal shells staggered, the federals kick as expected and these feel like 1 ounce birdshot. I'm going to practice with these and save the federal, good price on a practice round though.

Don't expect the tightest groupings, it's on par with non-flitecontrol wad's. The clear hulls are pretty cool. It's smoky and smells a bit funny. As with all S&B ammo it's dependable and goes boom everytime.

I placed my order while preparing my lunch and the order was fulfilled before I finished eating. It even arrived a day early, double boxed and UPS proof. Best service anywhere!

Great buckshot at a great price, but don't expect these to fit into most detachable shotgun magazines that are made for 2 3/4" shells. They are always about 1/4" too long. Stick to using these in pumps and tube-fed semi-autos made to handle 3 inch shells.
