7.62x39 M67 AMMO, MOSTLY NK HEADSTAMP, IGMAN AMMUNITION MADE IN BOSNIA.

1120 Round Crate 7.62x39 Non-magnetic Copper FMJ Brass Case Corrosive Yugoslavian Surplus Ammo on SKS Stripper Clips in the original wood crate for sale at SGAmmo.com. This ammo is mostly 1970s vintage Yugoslavian military surplus made by Igman, however there is a chance at other years of manufacture from 1968 to 1990s, as well as other factories like NNY and PK headstamps in the mix. Yugoslavian 762x39 is some of the finest surplus ammo in this caliber and features brass cases, Berdan corrosive primers and projectiles that are copper jacketed lead core and totally non-magnetic for range-safe shooting at most indoor ranges. If you were looking for the best surplus 7.62x39 Ammunition for your AK-47 then the Yugoslavian is one of the best choices because it is true mil-spec, sealed primer and projectile, brass case, and just a tad hotter of a load than the typical steel case options. We opened and inspected each crate to make sure the metal liner inside appears to be sealed, 99.9% of this ammo should be in a metal liner that is fully sealed but there is an extremely small chance that an opened tin slipped past us in the check process. Expect the crate handles to be broken, this ammo is 40 years old and has been handled and shipped around the world, the crates are not going to be like new condition, but the ammo inside them will be like new. Packed 40 rounds of ammo per box on 10 round SKS stripper clips, 1120 rounds per crate.

Information about M67 type ammo per wikipedia.org

In the 1960s Yugoslavia experimented with new bullet designs to produce a round with a superior wounding profile, speed, and accuracy to the M43. The M67 projectile is shorter and flatter-based than the M43. This is mainly due to the deletion of the mild steel insert. This has the side effect of shifting the center of gravity rearward in comparison to the M43. This allows the projectile to destabilize nearly 17 cm (6.7 in) earlier in tissue. This causes a pair of large stretch cavities at a depth likely to cause effective wound trauma. When the temporary stretch cavity intersects with the skin at the exit area, a larger exit wound will result, which takes longer to heal. Additionally, when the stretch cavity intersects a stiff organ like the liver, it will cause damage to that organ. However, the wounding potential of M67 is mostly limited to the small permanent wound channel the bullet itself makes, especially when the bullet yaws

Shot three mag's of this ammo and was great! Forgot about it being corrosive. But I had run three more mag's of Golden Tiger after those and went home. Did not check it for three days about when I did remember the corrosive part I checked the barrel and gas tube and no sign of any rust or damage to the bore. I did clean the rifle when I got home but did not flush it out with hot water. I guess you can shoot regular non corrosive ammo after this and it will clean out most of the bad stuff.
This stuff is the real deal. Bought 4 crates and should have bought more! Shipping was fast and service was excellent. Awesome.
Great stuff, me and a friend ordered and shared a case for a 4 day course at Front Sight NV as they did not allow bimetal ammo for whatever reason and we were the only ones with AKs. Ammo came in fast even though it was holiday season! Rounds look new, 1980 dated, sealed primers very accurate, zero malfunctions the entire course with my 'rescued' MAK-90 and his NPAP. The stripper clips are a nice bonus too, I use them for all my loose 7.62x39 now. Accuracy wise, we did a "one ragged hole" drill at 7yds and I shot a very ragged one, tighter than everyone else in the class using ARs! At the very end of the course, the instructors let us have some fun with steel at 400m and I was able to consistently hit it with my iron sights set a 4! Of course the only downside of this ammo is the corrosive salts in the primer. We flushed the bores, dried and relubed our AKs every night at the hotel which was a pain in the ass. A speck of rust still showed up near the chamber area when I flashed my light down the bore the 2nd morning but no issue, I just poured more CLP down the bore and didn't see any rust again. However, compared to typical steel cased bimetal ammo this ammo is clean! No carbon or liquified sealant everywhere inside the action after firing. Overall, excellent ammo but I'd only shoot it again for SHTF, I have one more case stored away for that purpose. I plan to order more in the future, thank you again SGAmmo!
I brought the 200 round of this ammo and its by far the best I have seen for a 7.62x39 AR or AK ammo hands down. I like others am in California and I wish I would have discovered this company a while ago! Sucks we wont be able to jump on deals like this without having to go thru a baby sitter(FFL) Holder to purchase ammunition online fast a quick anymore! Thanks for the past few months and your great service! BUY THIS AMMO, ITS GREAT!
Ordered on Mon got it on fri amazing service ammo looked pristine 1981 headstamped awesome can't wait to shoot it out of my Yugo ak thanks again
Great ammo and SG ammo ships fast with reliable service. Thank you
Ammo arrived on time. The crate was in better condition than expected and the tin was sealed. This ammo is a great buy for the overly restrictive rules for all of my local ranges.
Great ammo. Shoots well, halfway through and no FTF's. Mine are 1968 head-stamped. Stripper clips are generally pretty good. Awesome crate.
Firstly, let me thank SGAmmo, especially Sam for always getting right back to me when I have a question. The customer service, prices, shipping, and selection at SG is absolutely the best of any distributor, anywhere....Period!!! Thanks SGAmmo!!! My CMT Ambi AR15, with a Faxon 7.62x39 Gunner 16" Mid. barrel, accompanied with Superlative Arms Adjustable Gas Block, absolutely loved every round of Yugo M67 surplus ammo feed through it. It absolutely ate this ammo up! M67 truly kicks some serious ass! The 300 rounds I shot, I had only two malfunctions, both were "shadow" hammer strikes. I was using an Elftmann Trigger set to 4 lbs. This ammo was manufactured way before I was born, but it looks and more importantly shoots, like it's "Brand New!" It's really an incredibly clean firing cartridge, and it's far more accurate than I anticipated, especially for surplus ammo! Once I got my gas setting dialed in, it shot better than most of the higher end, top shelf 7.62 ammo selections that I generally shoot. The groupings were relatively tight @ 100 yards. The tightest group at 100 yards was .89" MOA. At 200 yards my the best group was 1.76" MOA. That was a nice surprise. Typically I shoot Hornady ELD & SST or Federal Fusion, however, the Yugo M67 surplus outperformed all three of these other cartridges. Plus, cleanup was a breeze. There wasn't a crapload of carbon caked on the bolt, carrier, or barrel. This is now my favorite 7.62x39 cartridge. I'll continue to buy Yugo M67, as long as I can!
Good stuff. Case was sealed. Cheap, brass cased 7.62 is hard to find. Shipping was super fast- thanks SG !!!
