7.62x39 M67 AMMO, MOSTLY NK HEADSTAMP, IGMAN AMMUNITION MADE IN BOSNIA.

1120 Round Crate 7.62x39 Non-magnetic Copper FMJ Brass Case Corrosive Yugoslavian Surplus Ammo on SKS Stripper Clips in the original wood crate for sale at SGAmmo.com. This ammo is mostly 1970s vintage Yugoslavian military surplus made by Igman, however there is a chance at other years of manufacture from 1968 to 1990s, as well as other factories like NNY and PK headstamps in the mix. Yugoslavian 762x39 is some of the finest surplus ammo in this caliber and features brass cases, Berdan corrosive primers and projectiles that are copper jacketed lead core and totally non-magnetic for range-safe shooting at most indoor ranges. If you were looking for the best surplus 7.62x39 Ammunition for your AK-47 then the Yugoslavian is one of the best choices because it is true mil-spec, sealed primer and projectile, brass case, and just a tad hotter of a load than the typical steel case options. We opened and inspected each crate to make sure the metal liner inside appears to be sealed, 99.9% of this ammo should be in a metal liner that is fully sealed but there is an extremely small chance that an opened tin slipped past us in the check process. Expect the crate handles to be broken, this ammo is 40 years old and has been handled and shipped around the world, the crates are not going to be like new condition, but the ammo inside them will be like new. Packed 40 rounds of ammo per box on 10 round SKS stripper clips, 1120 rounds per crate.

Information about M67 type ammo per wikipedia.org

In the 1960s Yugoslavia experimented with new bullet designs to produce a round with a superior wounding profile, speed, and accuracy to the M43. The M67 projectile is shorter and flatter-based than the M43. This is mainly due to the deletion of the mild steel insert. This has the side effect of shifting the center of gravity rearward in comparison to the M43. This allows the projectile to destabilize nearly 17 cm (6.7 in) earlier in tissue. This causes a pair of large stretch cavities at a depth likely to cause effective wound trauma. When the temporary stretch cavity intersects with the skin at the exit area, a larger exit wound will result, which takes longer to heal. Additionally, when the stretch cavity intersects a stiff organ like the liver, it will cause damage to that organ. However, the wounding potential of M67 is mostly limited to the small permanent wound channel the bullet itself makes, especially when the bullet yaws

Ordered and recieved in 2 days! Crate was in a box filled with packing peanuts! Couldn't stand it and cracked it open, or peeled I should say. Ammo could have been made yesterday, beautiful. I got 1973 head stamp. Haven't shot any yet. But well familiar from the past when widely available. Always awesome service from SG, and beautiful ammo.
In my opinion this is the best 7.62X39 ammo ever made. I love the brass case because it runs so smooth and easy on my guns seal primers and projectiles for waterproofing and nonmagnetic m67 bullet type that really tears stuff up. This website has the best ammo prices and cheapest shipping costs, I don't know how they do it but I've been buying here for a couple years and still check around with the competition but I always end up coming back here to make my purchase
Excellent ammo, I see it for sale On another site, with no wood box, some lame excuse about not being able to ship the wood box, for 369.00 plus shipping. get it here while you can, excellent service.... thanks.
Quality aside, I love the SFOR seals on the crates. Its a little piece of recent history.
Best ak sks ammo at this price. Period.
Ok, To be honest, the ammo shoots as good or better than the mainstream brands at your local Gunstore, But I LOVED the crate,, I cleaned it up and have it displayed along with my vintage collectables in my mancave!! Just make sure to clean your rig when you get home from plinking since it is corrosive and all is good!!!
I'm back SGAMMO and I'm here to buy all your ammo! Namely your Yugoslavian 7.62 x 39 FMJ m67 ball ammunition you have for sale here. I bought 200 rounds of this stuff just to test it out and I swear this ammo shoots better then any other 7.62x39 ammunition I have ever tried in my sks rifle. I like how the cartridge has been waterproofed in the brass cases are beautiful. The stripper clips feed ammo directly into my rifle and work smoothly. I was shooting Tula and I thought something was wrong with my gun because I was getting groups that look more like patterns of 12 to 15 inches with open sights at 100 yards, now I can easily shoot all 10 rounds into a 5 inch ring, and I know if this gun had a scope I could get it into 2 inches.
I'VE BEEN REGISTERED WITH SGA FOR 3 YEARS BUT THIS WILL ONLY B MY 2ND PURCHASE WITH THEM AND I MAY NOT HAVE BOUGHT A LOT OF AMMO FROM THEM BUT WHAT I LIKE ABOUT SGA IS THEY HAVE BETTER PRICES FOR THERE AMMO AND THEY TRY TO RESTOCK QUICKLY...ALSO..THEY CARRY 50RD BOXES OF HANDGUN AMMUNITION. WHEN OTHER RETAILERS CHARGE U ALMOST THE SAME PRICE FOR JUST 20RDS BOXES LIKE CTD! FROM NOW I WILL BUY FROM SGA BECAUSE THEY REALLY DID SUPPORT US WHEN THE AMMO PRICES WENT TO THE MOON A COUPLE YEARS AGO. SO THANKS SGA YOU ARE APPRECIATED! SINCERELY RUGERMAN48:
I read the other reviews here and I can confirm that Yugoslavian AK-47 ammo is some of the better stuff out there. The only downside is that it is corrosive primed which means you have to clean your gun after you go to the shooting range but that's not too difficult. Most guns in 762x39 Field strip easily I just wash my ak out with a garden hose, Then I let it dry in the sun and then clean with a regular salted and lubricant oils. I think the Yugoslavian 7.62 x 39 ammo is more accurate than a lot of the commercial Russian-made ammunition.
I would be misleading you if I told you not to buy this ammo. Yugoslavian surplus 7.62x39 ammunition is superior to all types of commercial ammo because it is true military grade ammunition with brass case reliable corrosive berdan priming that last forever and this ammo is waterproofed. there are three factories that I know of that made this ammunition when Yugoslavia was one country, Prvi partizan in Serbia and Igman in Bosnia are the two most common and have headstands that read NNY and NK. When I ordered two crates of this ammo both were made by Igman with NK head-stamps dated 1978 and 1977. Thanks SGammo for having my favorite AK-47 ammo at the best price I could find on mine and by the way your shipping cost was $20 a crate less then the other seller Who had this ammo for the same list price, I will be back - WTX
